Achievements include negotiating sponsorship and broadcast agreements totaling over $1 billion, securing a $220 million, 20-year naming rights deal, and overseeing a $2 billion stadium project. Hannah's leadership was also instrumental in obtaining global events such as Super Bowls, the World Cup, Wrestlemania, NHL Outdoor Series, and concert tours featuring artists like Beyonce and Taylor Swift. Hannah spearheaded the creation of professional sports' first LGBTQ+ and ally fan engagement platform, receiving national acclaim and conceptualized a top-selling gender-inclusive retail line, the first in the NFL. Under her leadership, the team's foundation doubled in revenue, making it the largest public charity in the NFL. Hannah established groundbreaking collaborations with organizations like the Obama Foundation and the Players Coalition, while pioneering a diverse slate interviewing policy within the league.
